At Garden’s Path , we have
built a solid reputation on pleasing our ever growing clientele since 1993 when we
first opened our doors. Owner John Schell’s passion for working with flowers
started early in his life. While living in Quebec City, John was given the opportunity
to work in a friend’s florist shop and soon realized he had a talent for creating
design ideas. While working as a florist’s apprentice he studied the art of floral
design and floral care through intensive courses in Montreal and throughout
Quebec.

After John’s move to Toronto in 1991, he continued to work in the floral industry
and finally took the steps to open his own shop. In May of 1993, just in time for the
Mother’s Day weekend, the grand opening of Garden’s Path was a phenomenal
success. They have since gone on to provide flowers for film production
companies, visiting actors, and every day special events.
Voted one of the best florists in Toronto by Now Magazine and often featured in
Canadian House & Home, Style Magazine, Wedding Bells and Toronto Life
